The principle owner and founding partners of Valsar are Sarah Leepile and Valencia Leepile.
Their combined experience brings high levels of customer service, legal expertise, commercial expertise, corporate governance and over 20 year experience within the petroleum distribution, logistics, supply, marketing, commercial and retail sales management to the business.
Ms. Sarah Goitsemang Leepile.
Sarah entered the oil and gas industry as a Regional Sales manager in the commercial Sector at BP, overseeing the indirect channel inland market. The annual volume turnover of her portfolio was R800 million. She provides Valsar her vast experience in relationship management with distributors and retailers, as well as management of discount negotiations, contract negotiations, and demand forecasting to ensure product availability.
Ms. Valencia Leepile.
Valencia is an admitted attorney and a Notary Public of the high court of South Africa. She has extensive experience in the legal fraternity, having practiced law at a commercial law firm. She specialised in mergers and acquisitions, competition law, tax law, drafting commercial agreements, insolvency law and company secretarial work. This experience has served her well in managing the day to day legalities of the business as well as the overall management of Valsar.
